Recently, it has been learned from Yiwu Municipal Bureau of State Taxation that in accordance with the unified deployment the State Administration of Taxation launched, the municipal tax bureau will change tax registration certificates from August 1.
It is said that there are two main kinds of people to be involved in this job: the taxpayers who have already gone through the tax registration procedures and those who should go through the procedures according to the Rules for the Management of Tax To ensure the smooth implementation of this job, Yiwu Municipal Bureau of State Taxation is embarking on the preparation work .
Persons concerned in Yiwu Municipal Bureau of State Taxation remind the taxpayers that they must go to the tax authorities with the previous tax registration certificates and other related materials, submit the tax registration forms after completing it there, and obtain a new tax registration certificate or change the certificate within the period lf time required in the announcement. Meanwhile , in order to reduce the taxpayers ‘ burden and offer convenience, the tax authorities stipulate that certificate changing only concerns the inner part of the original and the whole duplicate .As a result ,the taxpayers can still use previous certificate’ s frame ,buy it from the market or obtain it from the tax authorities. As to those who went through the tax registration procedures and obtained the old-style certificates in 2006, persons concerned point out that certificate changing should also be done after August 1, but the cost of the certificates will not be charged again.
